Sorry for the sudden spam on fitness and working out.

Since I started working out in December last year, I can’t seem to stop!

I am obsessed with working out, eating right and looking good.

I have been working out for almost 5 months now. That’s a pretty long time for a girl that has never had a workout regime for the past 23 years of living. Glad to say I’m showing results. That’s why I can’t stop. Once I reach my goal, I’ll end up wanting more. Biceps, triceps, legs, glutes and most importantly ABS! I am not quite there yet, but hey, I am close today than I was yesterday. Let’s hope I don’t fall of the wagon, stop eating right and don’t work out anymore. Please no.

Somebody whack me in the head if you see me gain back my extra belly fat. All those sweat, pain and energy will not be in vain!

New beginnings

Hello Hello! 2013 is here! Yup yup! New beginnings have emerged in this blissfully amazing life of mine. So far 2013 is becoming a pretty stellar year.

Since Christmas up until today, life has been pretty damn wicked surrounded by celebrations here and there with awesome fantastic people, old friends and new ones. At my age and after all I’ve been thru, I never would have expected that I would make new life partners (and by that I don’t necessarily mean boyfriend because God knows I only have one in my life.) I’m talking about friends you think will be there until you grow old. Hopefully. Or so you think at the time. Ahaa…

It’s just astonishing how easily you just click with somebody. Instant connection. No walls no barriers just pure honest to God bonding. But then again who am I to talk, I’m ONLY 21(the 3^rd time) so I have plenty of time to meet more new “life partners”. I am optimistic about what the future holds for me though. The past few months has shown me how people grow and change and that does not automatically mean it’s a bad thing, sometimes it’s good to find who you really are.

I personally believe now that sometimes when you change, you transform to become more of who you really are. That is why it is important to always to honest with your partner and the people around you from the gecko. Because if you change, (which you will eventually) you will evolve to a better version of the person your friends chose to be friends with or your partner chose to spend the rest of their days with.

I guess ever since I’ve been working, the people around me and the situations I go through are noticeably different. You meet more variations of people that have gone through inspirational life changing experiences that lead to a wider scope or view in this thing we call life. I have to admit that I too have change and I am proud to say I have. I feel as if I have evolved to a better me. I know this sounds a tad bit too conceited but that’s the honest to God truth.

Ok well enough of that, let’s get back to what I have been up to.

Well. For starters my friends’ birthday celebration was great, NYE celebration was off the chain, Swedish House Mafia was cosmic and the fact that he will be getting a sweet ass sports car soon is just beyond mind blowing. 75% of the things mentioned there are spent with great great great company. I cannot stress more on the great because it truly was GREAT. We are both eternally grateful for all that God has given us and we have each other to experience all this blessings with. Alhamdullilah.

Sometimes when I look at old friends or shall I say ex friends, friends whom I am no longer in contact with and see that their life is exactly the same and the fact that they have not changed one bit just makes me sad and I genuinely feel sorry for them. This is only because due to the fact that I am not in talking terms with any of them, so I tend to notice things in a different eye. I feel as if they are missing out on so much. Life has so much to offer. Why are they just stuck there, exactly where I was a couple years back? EXACTLY the same. I’ve been through life changing experiences that have made my life more fulfilling. Perhaps I do not see the bigger picture or a deeper insight but I can probably guess how the people around you effect you and your outlook on life since I myself went through it and perhaps is still going through it.

Food for though. I’m glad I moved on and became more of who I am and not of what anyone else wants or expect me to be. Essentially that should be the core essence of YOU.

Resolutions

Ok so lets do this.

The year is almost up and what are my 2013 resolutions? I ain’t got jack shit.

But to start, I have been working out for the past 6 weeks. Eceh.. I’m hoping to burn the devils around my belly. Yes. If you’re wondering I have been feeding numerous jins and satans around my fluffy tummy. Hoping to lose ALL of it by……. June??? If only.. Wish me luck! I’m doing the whole shebang! With the jumps and crunches and planks and so many new terms I learned after doing some major research on the awesome World Wide Web or more specifically Google and Youtube.

Why the sudden urge to lose it? Well, 1^st was cause of Zoukout. Wanted to look awesome partying by the beach. (which I nailed) Hehehe.. 2^nd was really another thing happening in January. Swedish House Mafia! It’s their LAST FREAKING TOUR!! Mind you, yes I am a fan girl. Shoohh. go away.

ALSO. This is the big news……….. *teee teee teeee teeee teeee teeee teeee* here comes the bride * here comes the bride *.

(My pathetic attempt at mimicking the wedding song. Like duh. )

Yeah huhhhh.. that’s right….. if all goes well, InsyaAllah. You will be looking at a single lady no more. Dates are TBC. But according to our families, hopefully it will all be done by 2014. So yeay! Can’t wait to start planning! Mom already bought the things for my hantaran. Like the decos and all. As for me, I already have a whole folder in my computer on ideas and inspirations. (yes I am a dweeb)

Don’t kacau me. You only get married once. InsyaAllah.

Hopefully I’ll update more with the plannings and such. Taa!
